Our mysterious cereal spiller appears without warning, but only when certain politicians are having milk and cereal. He picks up their bowl of cereal and spills it all over their heads. Is he invisible? Why hasn't anyone ever seen him, her, or it? And most curiously, why does he only attack corrupt politicians, and appears and disappears like a ghost.

The camera slowly follows the cereal spiller's actions, but we never see his face. He leaves no clues, no fingerprints. No one seems to know anything about him. The only proof we have, or that he was ever even there, is a politician's head full of milk, cereal, and fruit on occasion. He gets them all no matter how many guards are posted for their protection. Security swears that it must have been a phantom. They all have the same story. They heard no sounds just the cereal bowl moving with a mind of its own.

The following morning, we see and hear a bulletin interrupting all programs. “Every politician under investigation for corruption in the entire world has been simultaneously attacked by the SERIAL CEREAL SPILLER this morning. On each one's table was written in red, white, and blue:

“LUNCH IS NEXT … FOLLOWED BY YOUR DINNER. UNTIL YOU FEED THE ANGEL IN YOUR SOUL, I WILL STARVE YOUR HEARTLESS SINNER.”
